Position: Corporate Banking Transformation Consultant

A consulting company in Lebanon is looking for a motivated and analytical Corporate Banking Transformation Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will work directly with top-tier regional banks to drive corporate banking transformations. Your focus will be on enhancing sales acceleration, streamlining performance management, and driving operational improvements across client organizations. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of banking operations, critical thinking, and expertise in creating high-impact tools and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Sales Acceleration: Collaborate with banking teams to optimize pipeline management, account planning, and cross-sell lead generation. Develop actionable strategies to enhance client acquisition and revenue growth.
  2.  Performance Management: Implement performance management frameworks that allow banking teams to measure and improve operational success. This includes setting KPIs, building dashboards, and analyzing performance metrics.
  3.  Operational Improvements: Identify and recommend solutions to streamline banking operations, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall service delivery.
  4.  Tool Development and Analysis: Design and deliver tools that support the transformation objectives, including Excel models and automated reporting solutions.
  5.  Presentation and Communication: Create clear, data-driven PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate transformation strategies, project outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1.  Banking Experience (4 to 7 years): A strong understanding of corporate banking, including product knowledge, client management, and operational processes.
  2.  Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and report creation.
  3.  Communication Skills: Competency in PowerPoint with an ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  4.  Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions that align with clients’ strategic goals.
  5.  Drive and Initiative: A proactive approach to client engagements, demonstrating leadership and ownership in driving transformation projects forward.
  6. Preferred CFA Charterholder or CFA Level II or Level III candidate
