Medical examination – Bachelor

In accordance with USJ regulations, you are required to undergo a mandatory medical examination.

Please refer to your assigned appointment time (see attached schedule) and arrive at least 10 minutes earlier.

The medical examination takes place at the HDF, at the Family Medicine Center.

Please bring your health record and the vaccination form previously submitted to the secretariat.

You must undergo the intradermal skin test (IDR – tuberculosis screening) and bring the laboratory result with you on the day of the examination.
